Paws in Peril

Please consider donating to our Pet Supply Drive. Supplies will help keep the orphaned pets at the Charlottesville SPCA healthy and happy while they await loving, forever homes.

Items needed to help animals: No clumping or regular cat litter; non-seafood or fish; wet canned food for kittens/cats; spray bottles (32 oz); 1 gallon of bleach; canned dog food; all kinds of dog and cat toys, especially cat wands; squeegees; fleece blankets, dryer sheets to control static; dog and cat treats; dish detergent, hard rubber chew toys, and paper towels. You can drop off donations anytime the library is open in June, July, and August.

Please help the library fill a bin with old clean towels and blankets to be used for bedding in the dog and cat kennels at Almost Home the Humane Society/SPCA of Nelson County. They wouldn't mind a few treats and toys thrown in, too! Everything is greatly appreciated.
